Sanctity (n):
The sanctity of life is the belief that human life is inherently valuable, sacred, and deserving of protection. This principle holds that every human life has dignity and worth, often seen as a gift from a divine power or stemming from the intrinsic nature of humanity itself. The concept has philosophical and religious roots and informs ethical discussions on issues like abortion, the penal code, civil rights, and human rights.

Sanctity Project’s Debut Event, a Sold Out Success
(CHICAGO, IL, 2/14/2024) - Sanctity Foundation held its debut public event on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024, titled “An Evening of Healing,” featuring physicians from MedGlobal who are working on the ground in the unfolding humanitarian crisis in Gaza. The event held at the Union League Club of Chicago was sold out.
“On behalf of Sanctity Foundation, we extend our heartfelt thanks to MedGlobal, our esteemed attendees, and all who supported our Evening of Healing. Your contributions and presence were invaluable. We also thank ABC for covering the event,” Dr. Tayyab Khan, co-founder and Executive Chairman, said.
The evening underscored the power of first-person witness to the atrocities of humanitarian crises, reminding us why the world must wake up to these realities. The accounts shared by MedGlobal's physicians brought to light the urgent need for global awareness and action.
“Your support empowers us to continue this essential work, ensuring the stories of suffering and courage are heard, not forgotten. Together, we can amplify these voices, advocating for those in dire need and pushing for meaningful change,” Dr. Khan said.
“Thank you for standing with MedGlobal and the Sanctity Project in our mission to confront injustice and heal wounds, both seen and unseen.”
